f11 doenst work for me while viewing pdf files on minefield

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go here for eg http://www.cambridgestudents.org.uk/subjectpages/folder.2008-06-13.9652833812/folder.2008-06-13.0216074510/folder.2008-06-13.0579127562/0418_w06_qp_1.pdf
2.and click f11 (didn't work for me)

Actual Results:  
didnt go fullscreen using the shortcut

Expected Results:  
gone fullscreen

ps: why is minefield button inaccessible in fullscreen mode? this could be a usability issue. or make a miniature version of button when fullscreen
Does it work if you click first in the browser URL bar and use F11 ?
yes  but is this arrangement on purpose?
I only want to be sure to dupe to the right bug
