1. go to url
2. click on the "Download Firefox on your phone!"

Actual:
- The mobile downloads page displays inside the FB app pane.

Expected:
- The browser should be redirected to mozilla.com/mobile/download

Oh, I wonder what happened there. This is what you're supposed to see. I am chalking this off to in-between-settings, so I am tentatively marking this as WFM, but if you're able to reproduce this, please do reopen.

... and then it ties in with bug 645935: If the link is opened in the full frame, then staying on HTTPS is not expected. If, however, the link opens within the iframe, it should stay on HTTPS and I understand MSIE's behavior.
