Exiting fullscreen mode after closing all tabs causes overlapping

Closing tabs while in fullscreen mode results with the navigation bar and the top title/tab area overlapping uppon exiting fullscreen. Opening new tabs fixes the issue.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a few sites in tabs
2.Press F11
3.Close tabs
4.Press F11
5.?????
6.Profit
Actual Results:
the navigation toolbar overlaps the window title area
Expected Results:
not having these two areas overlapped

Works fine for me. Reporter, can you please attach a screenshot of the issue you are facing with.
Also, please try if it works fine by creating a new profile.

Reporter -> Are you still experiencing this issue? Have you tried safe mode or a new profile?
