The account, [e-mail], already exists (see bug 586800), please just add the right permission bits for:

after Andrei aka :sancus has vouched for me (and whoever else needs to vouch, but Andrei is the owner of this non production repo as far as I know)

Don't think I need to send Erica McClure another Committer's Agreement (this would be for the 3rd time) but I will do so if required!
