AR: "The upload directory (public) is not writable by the webserver."
ER: File successfully uploaded.

I thought we had this working post-upgrade (after we fixed the image-display issue), but maybe not.  (Note that "public" is not the directory name; it's just as placeholder).

I assume we need to allow 'apache' to write to the wiki's images directory.
Needed to do some chowning with apache, yeah.

  chown -R apache:apache *

That command in the images directory took care of this.
