What's the point of switching the presentation of the full url when hovering over a link from the left side to the right side when having the search field (ctrl+f) opened?

From a usability point of view it makes no sense to me. I'd expect the url at the same position both in having the search bar opened or closed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. hover over link -> url presented at the left bottom corner of the page
2. ctrl + f
3. hover over link -> url presented at the right bottom corner of the page
Actual Results:
Url at the right side instead of the left side at the bottom of the page

Expected Results:
URL should be always shown on the left side, nomatter if the search field is open or closed
Position of url info bar with and without opened search field. I think it should always be on the left side because I, as a user, would expect that and see no improvement by making it switch every time.
Summary: url position showed at the bottom if hovering over a link → url showed at the bottom if hovering over a link "jumping" if search box is enabled
> What's the point of switching ... when search field (ctrl+f) opened?
