Its visible for me sometimes like in "about:config" text.

zoom into the attached image as close to the text as possible and notice multicolored text
Is your Issue reproducible when you disable the Hardware Acceleration and restart Firefox?

If yes, please post the Content of the Graphics Section you can get via "about:support" after you re-enabled Hardware Acceleration.

Sounds like some existing bugs we have on color fringing with dwrite due to the subpixel aliasing....
