On all other type of jobs we check out tools rather than wgetting the file that we need from a static place [1]. This hit me hard yesterday (bug 645153#c19) since there was a fix that landed on January that wasn't available on the local copy on http://build.mozilla.org/talos/tools/buildfarm/maintenance/count_and_reboot.py We should bring the talos and unit tests factories closer to each other but for now let's just make sure that we don't use a stalled version of an important file.
