share panel loses data on the first open/close

We seem to be losing the form data on the first load of the share panel there is some kind of refresh happening. STR: * Restart browser * Open Share Panel on a page (only once) * Type something in the Message space * Close Share Panel * Reopen Share Panel * Message is missing! Expectation is that the information is saved but it's not. Further STR: * Open Panel again * Message is back
