Details

We may want to consider having HttpChannelChild support calling OnRedirectResult if the channel callbacks support nsIRedirectResultListener.  Just for symmetry if nothing else.  It also looks like it might have come in handy for redirect listeners that want to know when the redirect is complete (see bug 645678 comment 23)
