If there are lots of bookmarks and/or you need to know what the actual link is this behavior helps.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hover over any bookmark from the Bookmarks menu item
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
Url is not displayed on bottom part.

Expected Results:  
Url is of the bookmarks needs to be displayed.

Are you on a about:blank page (like an empty tab) when this happens? There is another bug when that happens in such a page.

Happens still. I am using Firefox 9. Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:9.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/9.0.1

Possibly a regression from replacing the status bar with the tiny link-hover panel?

This is till re-producable when hovering from bookmark menu, however when hover is done from the bookmark button near address bar it does appear.

ok, it's probably due to the fact the bookmarks menu is part of the native menubar, thus I'm not sure it could be fixed.
