Steps:

Note: Set browser language as Japanese:
1) Load the add-on details page:
https://addons.allizom.org/ja/firefox/addon/scrapbook/
2)Click on Contribute and select some amount and "Make Contribution"
3)In the resulting pop-up, click on Login
4)Paypal log in page is displayed
Result: There is a language drop-down option which only lists English language
Thus not able to list this page in Japanese language
Expected:expecting to see localized page of paypal
