Bug 574612 added a "Restart in Safe Mode" menuitem to the Help menu. This needs to be documented.

This should also incorporate the changes from bug 573538 (checkbox on the Restart confirmation dialog) and bug 646894 (Safe Mode dialog). For the latter:
"Reset toolbars and window sizes" actually refers to the deletion of localstore.rdf, which not only resets toolbars and window sizes but also any kind of persisted attributes, like other element dimensions, collapsed states of splitters or column sorting, hiding and order.
