Details
Where we can, we should include the IE 9 equivalent CSS by adding their prefix “-ms-”.

The only prefixed rule we use is border-radius, and it's our understanding that IE9 supports this without prefix. If you can share any documentation that states otherwise, we'll implement it.

Austin can you provide documentation that states the -ms- prefix is used for border radius, or close this if it's invalid? A cursory search indicated IE9 supports border-radius w/o prefix.

I checked the CSS as well as caniuse.com and there's no -ms- prefix to border-radius or box-shadow in either IE9 or Firefox 4.
