We should tweak the CSS in the reftest analyzer page so that the hint on how to use the pixel inspector actually shows up (per bug 612505 comment 15).

I'll also give a bit of padding to the body while I'm at it, so that the initial view of the page isn't slammed up against the edge of the window.

r=dbaron, I suppose, though the "slammed up against the edge of the window" was actually quite intentional, since many page images themselves have a bunch of margin in them, and it's sometimes useful to see visually how big that is.

When the "Image 1 / Image 2 / Circle differences" controls are shown then the image doesn't go right up against the edge of the window anyway.  Maybe a border around the image area would work better?
