Does the issue occur in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe%20Mode How about with a new profile? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic%20Troubleshooting#w_8-make-a-new-profile
Version: unspecified → 4.0 Branch

This happens also in safe mode, new profile doesn't seem to make any difference

Tim -> Any update on this ? It seems that more and more people experience this problem, shutting down add-ons or plugins or safe mode doesn't seem to help, update the video card drivers is not helping. I am experiencing it right now, but i am still confused what's causing it.

A very loosely related BR where moving the Mouse affects the Browser is demonstrated in Bug 661717 it is accompanied by low Memory.

I am currently using Firefox 5.0 and this problem started when i uploaded some mp3's and m4a's with 2 different webmail accounts...so it might has something to do with this. Also i found out that the browser loads when i press buttons on my keyboard, but when i do not touch them it stops loading. Here is a quick movie that i made that shows the problem. http://www.dwmusicstore.com/mark/firefox.wmv
