the "add a new tab" or "refresh" icon when i put it in the navigation bar sometimes not visible. when i put the "add a new tab" icon in the tab bar in some cases it is put next to the last tab.
i think there're some errors with the CSS code.

Reporter, does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode?
