64733 - "Don't Delete File / Delete Files" dialog is not centered

to reproduce this:

mozilla -ProfileManager
select a profile
click delete, and you get the "Don't Delete File / Delete Files" dialog
it isn't centered.  on my linux box, it is at (0,0)

we should center it.
