64734 - no "partial" rows in profile list

in the select profile dialog, if you have more profiles that can fit in the
tree, you get the scroll bar.

the height of the tree is not a multiple of the height of a row, so you can get
"cropped" rows.

I'll attach a screeen shot.

we should make it so the height of the tree is a multiple of the height of a
row.  I think we've done this in mailnews somewhere, in the thread pane.

Right, the height of the tree should be a multiple of the row height. Problem
is, that window is resizable. What happens when it resizes and the tree grows?
Should we re-adjust the height of the tree and change the distance from its
bottom edge to the bottom of the window? BTW, do you know where I might look in
mailnews for this code?
