Where should it point instead? If nowhere, don't make it a link :)

At this time, it's a placeholder for when we have his mark on production and know what the URL will be.

There is--once his signature is completed we'll need to add the link. The signature cannot be completed yet because we're still testing super user accounts. Until that is complete and we get his signature, this should remain open.
