The current options in filters allow for a specific date to be specified. This filtering option would be far more useful if the date values were relative rather than absolute.
There are many reasons why one would want to move messages if their date was yesterday, last week, last month, last year etc but there is no way to set up a filter that will move messages based on dates relative to today.

Perhaps you want "Age in Days" ?

Had not thought of it that way, but it would be a good answer. Message aging is one of Thunderbird's weaknesses, age in days would achieve the result nicely.

"Age in Days" is already a filter search term option. Perhaps this request should be set to status Works For Me?
