Server's not down, I can log into it. I think the VPN is down between MTV1 and PAR1
Something changed in DNS and admin1.par1 was no longer returning the internal IP. I updated Nagios to check admin1.private.par1 yesterday. I'm keeping the bug open because there is still one alarm about the PRI lines, even if they work.
Now, all the Paris office is unreachable, but as it's empty for the week, we can't know if is related to the power or the DSL line. I'll check with people on Monday morning.
It took 2 days to Nerim to fix the line. One of the cables was damaged. The PRI alarm is still there but the phones work.

That PRI line has always been in alarm, but still seems to work anyway. We should have a separate bug on that. The point of this bug was fixed on April 12th.
