I've noticed this and thought I should report this.

if you create a bookmark, the dialog that displays doesn't render correctly.

This is more noticeable when you try to edit an existing bookmark. The button that would normally be used to cancel the edit is blank. This is a minor UI issue, since things still function, but can confuse the user greatly. I do have screenshots available if needed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to a webpage.
2. Ctrl+D to open dialog.
3. After saving bookmark, click on Ctrl+D again.
Actual Results:
you get the dialog, but there are clearly missing texts to buttons and panels.

Expected Results:
the button to close the panel should have text.

I have Windows 7 64-bit on all of my systems at home, so I can't say if it affects other OS's. I would test this on my Linux workstation, but its using 3.5 still.
this is what the glitch looks like.
