647822 - No way to enter a 12-digit code from a new Firefox into an authenticated Home

If a sync account is configured in Firefox Home on an iPhone, and the user wishes to configure Sync in the desktop version of Firefox on a new computer, they cannot enter the 12-digit code into their iPhone: they must either enter it into an already-configured desktop Firefox, or know the username, password and sync key.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure Firefox Sync on one computer;
2. Set up Firefox Home to work with that Sync account;
3. Open Firefox on a second computer;
4. Choose Set Up Sync…;
5. Choose “I already have a Firefox Sync account [Connect]”;
6. See 12-character code displayed on second computer;
7. Open Firefox Home on iPhone and search for a way to enter this code.
Actual Results:  
There is no way to configure sync without having physical access to a computer (not iPhone) with the account already configured (or knowing the username, password, and sync key by heart).

Expected Results:  
I expected to be able to enter the 12-digit code on my iPhone, and have working sync between the phone and both of my computers.

This hit me because I configured Sync on my home computer and my iPhone, and then tried to configure Sync on my work computer, while not at home. Happily, my work computer is a laptop so I can take it home, but were they both desktops I'd have to transfer my account, password and sync key from home to work by email or on a USB stick. The 12-digit code experience was such a relief when configuring Sync on my iPhone; it'd be nice if the phone were all I had to take with me to a new computer to configure sync on that computer.

The Firefox Home project has been retired, and Mozilla will no longer invest in future work on this project [1]. All bugs related to Firefox Home are being mass resolved.
