the (zamboni) review page is showing a different min-ver for the addon version than the edit|versions page indicates.  Its possibly getting the min-ver from a previous version or the most recent public version.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a review in a queue.  Check the min-ver on the review page.
2. go to edit, versions and files and check the min-ver there.




they should be the same.  Sometimes they arn't - it might only be versions that have different min-vers than the current public version.

This is happening for all the compat info, and it appears to point to the latest public version.
