Details

patches on bugzilla got bitrotted. It'd be nice to know looking at the bug if the patch no longer applies cleanly. This should be done e.g. per product/component, as while m-c is the most often used repository, different product/components/etc have different target repos for the patch. Ideally I would be notified if my patch bitrots.
