Survey to understand more about the person coming in; game?
Have jobs browsable by location
User agent discrimination.
Use XML feed to generate unique URLs for each listing and group that can be shared; use mzl.la too.
Story of Mozilla video on home page.

Following up from comment #1, let's be sure to file bugs for copy & design when the UX work is complete. The proper components can be found here:
