Benefits:
What you won't get.
Managers here are different, we're non-heirarchial.
Brendan serving sidecars since 1896.
Everyone's treated special; rank has different meaning.

Following up from comment #1, let's be sure to file bugs for copy & design when the UX work is complete. The proper components can be found here:

Laura & Chrissie can make sure this gets slotted into the appropriate release. Also, copying Bret so he can weigh in on the benefits messaging (if he hasn't already...not sure).

Yes, I'm in on these bugs.  Morgan's been pumping out the right messaging but could use more eyeballs.  Chrissie's offered to help here.
