648308 - error message is not clear while selecting the Mobile platforms

Steps:
-----
-Using add-on builder created a sample test add-on with compatible: Firefox,Mobile
-Submit a New Add-on: at step#2:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/addon/submit/2
-Selected the add-on file for upload
-once upload is 100% complete selected Desktop Platforms:ALL and Mobile Platforms:ALL and click on "Continue"

Observed result: An error message is displayed as follows:
"Select a valid choice. 9 is not one of the available choices."

Tried to reproduce this, could reproduce sometimes and some other times for target Platforms only "All Platforms" option is available and others are not visible
