Facebook's sharer API only has parameters for URL and title, and doesn't offer a way to pass in a comment. And in this case they're even overriding the title because the page we're linking to has its own title and description already.
Looks like it'll be up to the user to add a comment of their own when they share the link. I haven't found any way around it.

Updated the twitter text in r87091 but I don't think we can do anything for Facebook.
