Opening this bug per TBG's request to allow users who have not yet boosted to do it from the desktop dashboard.

how many strings we'll have here? I'm prolly ok with it landing if it lands today.
Hi,

We've got 4 new strings coming with this patch:
- "Tell us where your got your Spark >"
- "Tell us your home location >"
- "Click on the button below so we can find out where you are."
- "Confirm"

The source code hasn't yet been updated with these new strings. They will be ready to be extracted when we push the fix for this bug (probably tomorrow).

If you want them for today I can put them in a temporary file for now and push it today. Would this be helpful?
can you add the file with the strings today and add the logic around them tomorrow?
Boost your Spark is now available on desktop via two new links at the top-right of the logged-in homepage.
