steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/search/?q=firebug&cat=all&x=0&y=0
2. Click on 'More' link in performance warning for Firebug
expected behavior:
https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/performance/ loads
observed behavior:
There is a popup with another 'Learn more' link.
