Details
An empty/blank signature can be submitted by double clicking submit.
Steps:
1. go to https://markup.allizom.org/en/#/mark/new
2. click submit
3. click submit a 2nd time
Expected:
An error message is displayed letting the user know that they can't submit an empty signature.
Actual:
A message is displayed thanking the user for submitting their mark.

Didn't add a message, but not when the submit button appears disabled, it's actually disabled.

Adam ... a much better implementation than my "expected" result :) The submit button now remains disabled until a signature is crafted by the user.
