When both the bookmark sidebar and the Firebug window is open the link info tip is not positioned at the "bottom" of the document

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start a browser where the Firebug extension is installed
2. Navigate to a page which has some hyperlinks
3. Open the Bookmarks sidebar
4. Open Firebug (window/frame at bottom)

Hover a link in the web document.

Actual Results:  
The link info tip that appears when hovering the page links is positioned above the Firebug Window

Could you see if the issue occurs if using Firefox in safe mode:

How about with a new, empty testing profile? (Don't install any addons into it)

When running in safe mode the info tip is shown at the very bottom left (when Bookmarks side panel is open) as expected.

Setting resolution to New. I can reproduce the issue on Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:2.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0

I don't see why this is a core layout issue.... more likely, the Firefox code positioning this just does something wrong.
