Bookmarks Folder Drop down force to scroll from first option till last then it will allow you to select the preselected option.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any Site.
2. wait for some five minutes (maximum), then click on Bookmarks
3. Then goto the Bookmarks This Page, and Click on the List Box, and if i wanted to put that Bookmark in the same Folder and as i will click on the arrow the Drop down will not be closed, it will force me to move from the first then come to the same folder and click on the arrow. then system will allow.
Actual Results:  
The Issue Reproduced

Expected Results:  
If my mind has changed to put in the same Folder that was preselected and i don't want to select it and click on the List arrow then the system should allow as i am not keeping it blank, and i have already selected the preselected one.

Works fine for me. 
Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode?
