With the current version, this no longer works. Lookup "as you type" still works as before, but data pasted into the field is not fed to the lookup function. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. make sure you have an address book (we use LDAP) 2. type some names in wordpad, excel or whatever and copy them 3. paste into mail address area Actual Results: Pasted data remains, no lookup done. When cursor is put after a name and some character (e.g. a space) is entered, lookup occurs. Expected Results: Name lookup in address book and e-mail addresses completed. It is very convenient in a company environment, when a document or spreadsheet has a list of names and you want to mail them.
Can confirm that there is no such behavior on Trunk. Steps to reproduce: 1) Open Window - Address Book 2) Added two users to Personal Address Book 3) Compose new mail, pasted full names of just added users to To: field Actual results: E-mails from Address Book was not added in To: field
