Steps to reproduce:

1. Open litmus.mozilla.org and login
2. Click run tests and select fennec 2.0 catch-all test run.

Expected results:
For Android platform, "Android 2.3" should be available in the "Operating
System" drop down list (see attached screenshot) 


Note: We need to run tests on Google Nexus S
