Details

Currently all of the talos boxes in scl1 are being monitored from bm-admin01 instead of admin1.infra.scl1.mozilla.com, the dedicated nagios box for slc1. Move monitoring of the talos boxes (not masters) to admin1.infra.scl1 to better segregate dependencies. see also bug
