I can re-enable by hitting a hotkey but this was not intuitive and took a minute to figure out. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Disable Menu Bar using the mouse. 2.Disable Navigation toolbar using the mouse. 3.Attempt to re-enable either with the mouse for 90 seconds, cursing under your breath the whole time. 4.Realize alt-f will probably bring back the Menu Bar and resolve to file a bug report. Actual Results: I was annoyed. Expected Results: A right click somewhere on the screen should have brought up a pull-down menu that offered an option to re-enable toolbars.
