Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.16) Gecko/20110319 Firefox/3.6.16 ( .NET CLR 3.5.30729)

If I right click the toolbar and disable both the Menu Bar and Navigation Toolbar there is now way to re-enable with the mouse. I can re-enable by hitting a hotkey but this was not intuitive and took a minute to figure out.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Disable Menu Bar using the mouse.
2.Disable Navigation toolbar using the mouse.
3.Attempt to re-enable either with the mouse for 90 seconds, cursing under your breath the whole time.
4.Realize alt-f will probably bring back the Menu Bar and resolve to file a bug report.
Actual Results:
I was annoyed.

Expected Results:
A right click somewhere on the screen should have brought up a pull-down menu that offered an option to re-enable toolbars.
This has been fixed in Firefox 4. Duping to bug 553390.
