64919 - "Install PSM" should be removed from the Debug menu

1.) Install Mozilla and click on Debug.
What is expected: That "Install PSM" should not be there, as PSM is now built 
into Mozilla.

keywords - we need this gone asap, as installing psm off iplanet can mess the
new psm up. therefore nominating for 0.8 and not for 0.9. very low-risk patch.

Someone raised the issue that this menu item should be kept for other platforms
because it's built only on three platforms. Even though PSM only works for those
three platforms at the moment, it might be ported... What about just hiding the
menu and showing it for ports?

Clicking on Debug and Install PSM just brings to you the iPlanet download page, 
where Windows and Linux users can install PSM, and that version no longer works 
with Windows or Linux. I don't see any reason to keep "Install PSM" on the Debug 
menu.
