So that he can use (at the very least) <https://metrics.mozilla.com/pentaho/content/pentaho-cdf-dd/Render?solution=community&path=%2Fdashboards&file=contributorMap.wcdf>. He's been leading a fine charge around general participation work, so I'm sure there will be other dashboards that it'll make sense to have him have access to as well. Current speculation is that the reason he doesn't already have this access is because he's a contractor, but we don't know if that's actually what's going on.
if he is a contractor and has signed our standard NDA then it is fine to grant him access by adding the StatsDashboard bit in his LDAP account.
Enabled statsDashboard bit in Paul's @mozilla.com account.
