User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.13) Gecko/20101203 Firefox/3.6.13 ( .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET4.0E) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.13) Gecko/20101203 Firefox/3.6.13 ( .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET4.0E) FF 4 on a 1440 * 900 pixels resolution works smooth and fine. But on 1680 * 1050 pixels everything including mouse movements, scrolling and opening a new tab is slow. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Run FF4 on 1680 * 1050 pixels. 2. 3. Actual Results: Browsing is slow. Expected Results: Should have been normal.
Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode How about with a new, empty profile? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting#Make_a_new_profile According to your useragent you are not running the latest version - please update to Firefox 3.6.16 or Firefox 4 and re-test
