offsetWidth and width are not calculating properly for input elements and buttons.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on jsfiddle
2. Click Run
3. Open the console (firebug) to see the results (output)
Actual Results:  
6px should return 20px
36px should return 50px
0px should return 33px

Expected Results:  
(results in Google Chrome are correct)
20px should return 20px
50px should return 50px
33px should return 33px
Opera 11 behaves like Fx 4/Trunk.
