Most browser controls look broken.
Some webpages are affected also, for example the buttons on apple.com (see attached picture).

It looks like some is going wrong with a smoothening effect like anti-aliasing or something like that.

I'm running a clean install of windows 7 sp1 x64 Dutch, and the problem was there right from the beginning, so I think the problem is in Minefield.
I tried it also in a clean virtual machine of the same Windows 7 sp1 x64 Dutch, and the bug is still present. It also doesn't matter whether Windows uses the standard theme or aero theme.
The bug is there with any themes and is still there when disabling hardware acceleration.
