This won't play very nicely with the current setup of rounding to integer pixels in the computed style....

Current ED of B&B is back to not accepting percentages in border-width.

Closing given that the spec no longer specifies this, and no other browser does this. (Tested Chromium 28, Opera 12, IE 10 and Safari 6.) Please discuss on www-style@w3.org if this is to be changed back again.
