Kudos to allowing text to be dragged out of a message, but you still can't drag
links out, which is the big win.

Better fixed when <browser/> is done, but here's a patch for the
interim...cc'ing sspitzer for r=, david for sr=

Looks like it works on Mozilla 2001012404 on Windows 2000 SP1 on PC.
OK using:
2001-01-30-11 commercial trunk build win98
2001-01-30-10 commercial trunk build mac OS 9.0
Is this also applicable to linux? I'm not able to get drag & drop outside the
application -- I'm using KDE desktop.
