Details
As requested in the Add-ons Forum, the Turkish spellchecker
(https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/turkce-imla-denetimi/) should
appear in the Dictionaries & Language Packs page
(https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/language-tools/).
Setting as P2 because we get lots of requests for Turkish language tools.
