Lukas, I made a change to the NTP configuration of this class of machine in bug 646056. Please run the following commands in a cmd started as administrator once this machine comes back from re-imaging:
wget -O time.reg --no-check-certificate https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=535348
reg import time.reg
Ben, has that been done on the refimage?  If so, can you file a bug to re-snapshot it with the updates, or coordinate with zandr to see if the previous snapshot got it?
Good point, I'll find out.
It's down right now, I'll update the time server on it once it's back up.
