For some reasons it is useful to have App tabs on the right end of the tab strip instead of the left side.

For example, you want to use a translation website regularly to translate some text from other websites. Mostly the newest tabs are on the right end of Firefox' tab strip and these tabs are the one where you read news etc. and you want to translate it. If you have many tabs open and the App tab with the translation website is pinned on the left side, mouse ways are very long from the most active tab on the right to the App tab on the left side of the Firefox window.

If the user could move it to the right side of the tab strip (e.g. to the right of the "new tab" symbol), mouse ways could be minimized. This customization can be done when the "Customize toolbar" window is open - like moving the home page button in the navigation toolbar. Standard place for App tabs should remain on the left side.
