STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Load http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/central/
2. Hover over a marker.
3. Move your mouse off the top-right of the marker, and then quickly back over it.
ACTUAL RESULTS: Sometimes the marker just disappears when you re-hover (instead of popping up a text bubble)

For the record, the screencast was made in Firefox 4.0 on Linux:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:2.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0
A current trunk nightly shows the same behavior, too.

Yeah, the code for this effect is far from perfect. I just haven't got the time to look back at it since the launch.

I am still able to replicate this problem randomly on /central page.

I think this was a dupe of bug 644564. Which was recently fixed.
